We request that all retured items are sent by tracked mail or courier. Returned items are sent at the customers own risk and we cannot be liable for items lost in postage.
Overseas returns must be marked on the customs declaration that it is a ‘RETURNED ITEM’. If you do not do this and we are charged customs fees, we will request to be reimbursed by you.

If you activated ‘shipping on us’ via PayPal, return the garment to us, keep a copy of the shipping receipt and follow the relevant steps on the PayPal website. Please make sure you have activated ‘shipping on us’ on your PAYPAL account before placing your order to receive this service. Maratona will not be liable for reimbursing any return shipping costs if you have not activated this on your PayPal account.
